2. Refund Policy

At BETA, we value your commitment to training and strive to provide the highest quality coaching experience. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while respecting the time and preparation involved in delivering your sessions.

Private Sessions:

Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Will be charged the full session fee. No refunds.
Refunds: No refunds for completed services. Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible client.

Group Sessions/Bootcamps:

Missed Sessions: No refunds or makeups for missed classes unless the academy cancels the session.
Weather Cancellations: If weather prevents outdoor training, sessions will be rescheduled or moved to an alternate location if available.

Package Deals:

All packages expire 6 months from date of purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited after this period.
